Congratultions on taking the first step in taking care of yourself!! Everyone struggles with something at one point in their lives. I believe that therapy is a process in which the therapist and client must first build a trusting and therapeutic alliance. I follow an eclectic approach and therapy is different with each individual. I believe that people can make life changes by looking at their lives and setting goals. I am there to help guide the road to personal growth and healing or recovery. It takes a great deal of courage to begin looking at one’s life or one’s issues, but I am a strong believer in the therapy process. I have many years of experience in the field and I know many people suffer a long time before receiving help.
