Congratultions on taking the first step in taking care of yourself!! Everyone struggles with something at one point in their lives. Relationship problems, the stress of balancing career and personal lives, parenting, depression, anxiety, or whatever it might be at this point in time.

I believe that therapy is a process in which the therapist and client must first build a trusting and therapeutic alliance. I follow an eclectic approach and therapy is different with each individual. I believe that people can make life changes by looking at their lives and setting goals. I am there to help guide the road to personal growth and healing or recovery. It takes a great deal of courage to begin looking at one’s life or one’s issues. I have many years of experience in the field and I know many people suffer a long time before receiving help.
